SHIPPING POLICY

Australia Standard Shipping
We offer free shipping on all domestic standard shipping orders. Please allow 2-8 business days from the date of dispatch to receive your order.

Australian Express Shipping.
We charge a $13 flat rate fee on all domestic express shipping orders. Please allow 2-5 business days from the date of dispatch to receive your order.

International Shipping - Australia Post
We charge a $20 flat rate fee on all international shipping orders using Australia Post. Please allow 10-30 business days from the date of dispatch to receive your order.

International Shipping - DHL Express
We charge a $30 flat rate fee on all international orders using DHL Express. Please allow 5-8 business days from the date of dispatch to receive your order.

Duties and Taxes
International customers may be required to pay customs duties or taxes. Additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be included in the cost of your order. Lola Camera is not responsible for additional duties, taxes or customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. These charges are imposed by local governments and can vary between countries.

Change of address
Requests for change of address can be made via hello@lola.camera prior to your order being shipped. If your order is not delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address, you may wish to have it reshipped for an additional $10 fee for Australian orders, or $20 fee for International orders.

Refund Policy
If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please contact our customer care team within 14 days if delivery at hello@lola.camera and include your order number in the subject line.
Lola Camera will verify if you are entitled to a refund or replacement if any initials faults are presented upon receiving your order. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a tracking service to return the goods.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Warranty
Lola is covered by a 30 day warranty. If you discover a functional issue with the product within 30 days of delivery, Lola Camera will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement. Please note that the following will void the Lola Camera warranty, but is not limited to:
      Damages resulting from misuse, abuse and negligence.
      Damages caused by wear and tear, theft or loss.
      Damages or faults caused by product tampering or use of third-party accessories.
      Use that is not in accordance with the listed instructions on the product packaging.
